When you visit our website, your identity and personal information are not disclosed to us.
If you wish to purchase, we will obviously require some personal information, such as your name, home address and email address, to enable us to complete the transaction. This information remains private between Marmotta PhotoArt and yourself, and will not be disclosed to any third party, other than PayPal, if used (please refer to the Privacy statement on their website).
In addition, we will not use any of your personal information to contact you further than necessary to complete your order (i.e. you will not be mailed or emailed with future promotions, unless you specifically request us to do so).
The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which replaces the Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC comes into effect on the 25 May 2018.
